SexSexWorld respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies fully with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This policy explains how we handle claims of copyright infringement on our platform.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on SexSexWorld in a way that constitutes infringement, please submit a DMCA takedown notice containing the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including URLs where it appears on our site.
- Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Submitting a DMCA Notice
Send your complete DMCA notice via the “Report Content” form available on every video page or through the contact form in the site footer. We review all valid notices and remove infringing content promptly, typically within 48 hours.
Counter-Notification
If your content was removed and you believe it was done in error, you may file a counter-notification including:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the removed material and its previous location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake.
- Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction in the federal court closest to your location (or the Southern District of New York if outside the U.S.).
Submit counter-notifications using the same “Report Content” form. We will forward your counter-notice to the original complainant and may restore the material after 10–14 business days unless legal action is initiated.
Repeat Infringers
Users who repeatedly upload infringing content will have their accounts suspended or terminated without warning.
Important Note
False claims may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorney fees. Only submit a DMCA notice if you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
